What do I do if I have a complaint about an umpire?
All umpire complaints need to be forwarded first to
flip@theballfields.com. The time, date and location
and umpire # must be included.
How do I enter the scores into the website?
An e-mail will be sent out to all the coaches with a
password and login to report the score. MKP and
above keep standings.
Which team enters the scores into the website?
The winning team is responsible for reporting the score.
How do I find out about rain-outs?
Rainouts are determined by the city or Craig Ranch.

Make-up games?
Games will be made up as long as we have the time left in the season.
How do I schedule practices?
Call the community center, 972-542-0045 or go by on
Sunday’s between 1pm – 3pm to schedule a practice
for that week.
