Volunteer to Coach the McKinney Little League All Star Team

Those interested in submitting their name or nominating a candidate for coaching one of the 2007 All Star teams should send the information requested below to allstars@mckinneyllb.com. All submission must be received by 5:00 pm, June 3rd to be considered. Only submissions from current team managers in good standing with the league will be accepted as a valid submission.

NOTE: Coaches are only eligible to manage in the zip code in which they currently reside. Zip code must be included for consideration.

Coaches are asked to volunteer to coach the team only if they are willing to commit to coaching the team for the entirety of the tournament, no matter how long it may last. Depending on the age group, the tournaments are played through September when the Little League World Series occurs.

McKinney currently holds four (4) recognized charters with the Little League governing body. The following teams have been approved by Little League and can be formed for play in the upcoming All Star tournament(s):

• 1 TEAM
• Combined Charters: McKinney, McKinney East, McKinney West, McKinney North
• One (1) head coach to be selected from all entries

• 3 TEAMS
• McKinney, McKinney North, McKinney East / West (Combined)
• Three (3) head coaches to be selected from all entries

• 4 TEAMS
• McKinney, McKinney North, McKinney East, McKinney West
• Four (4) head coaches to be selected from all entries

• 1 TEAM
• Combined Charters: McKinney, McKinney East, McKinney West, McKinney North
• One (1) head coach to be selected from all entries

• 1 TEAM
• Combined Charters: McKinney, McKinney East, McKinney West, McKinney North
• One (1) head coach to be selected from all entries

Please refer to the "New Boundries" section of the website for more information on where you are eligible to coach. Any questions concerning eligibility should be directed to the all star coordinator. Please be aware that team numbers above DO NOT represent a guarantee that that is the total number of teams which will be formed for each division. The numbers are a maximum allowable based on our charters. In the event that there are not enough players interested in or eligible for selection for a specific boundary, it is possible that no team will be selected and due to Little League regulations concerning charters the League will be forced into a situation that will prevent us from entering a team from that said boundary and all players within that boundary, at that level will not be eligible for All Star participation.
